status of SFV Metrolink projects?

What's the latest on the following Metrolink projects in the San Fernando Valley?


1. Second main track from Van Nuys to Chatsworth -- last I heard, Metro was running into opposition from local residents

2. Fixing the platform situation at Van Nuys

3. New station at Burbank Airport/Hollywood Way for the Antelope Valley Line -- when I drove by earlier this year, I saw no indicators of construction
