CF7 - F7 vestages

Two F7 features were evident:
-the front anti-climber had sections of the horizontal ribs that the F7 featured
-the battery box cover was pure F unit.

The reason that the rotary and tenders were not cut up at E. Lewiston was because Watco sold them to Pacific Hide who then had them moved to their yard for scrapping.
