If you're thinking about diversion of water from the Great Lakes, drop it now. The Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact, adopted in 2008, seeks to ban the diversion of Great Lakes water, with some limited exceptions.

If you are thirsty and want Great Lakes water, then move to Duluth, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, Toledo, Cleveland, Ashtabula, Erie, Buffalo or Toronto.

Great Lakes Water:
Keep it clear,
Keep it here.
It only goes out
In cans of beer.
