Mook - how big is the crowd for the NHRA Weekend ???
Yea -- Sears Point was a " replacement " for Riverside Raceway on the NASCAR Cup schedule. Actually, if you take a map of Sears Point and flip it over, it would look a lot like the original track layout at Riverside, the biggest difference being Sears Point is a shorter track. Also, Riverside had 2 multi - lane highways bordering the property ( S.R. 60 & U.S. 395 ), with more such highways, hotels, & restaurants only a few miles away in City of Riverside.
