Conan used to be much raunchier, and arguably more fun, when he was on Late Late (after midnite) TV. Now that he's in "prime time" so to speak he has to tone it down more than a bit. Just for fun, watch old Johnny Carson shows (often showing on the secondary Fox channel around here) - some of those (and some Dick Cavetts - on the "Decades" secondary channel around here) seem to go way beyond what modern censors will allow, but without showing it all.

And what does this have to do with railroads or transit or monorails? Nothing much, but late night TV can be fun. We now return to your regularly scheduled snide comments and trolling on the Altamont channel.
