As expected, lawsuits. First one filed only 8 days after the first Chron article on the subject (though the building has been sinking from the time it was built). Requesting class action, and including Transbay Terminal project as a contributing party as expected. Should TBT partners be looking at adding at least $1/2bil to contingencies...
