Iowa flooding, what lines out.

We've all seen the pictures of the through truss bridge with the hoppers on it colapsing in the flood waters (in Cedar Rapids), which bridge is that? What RR uses it? What all has been destroyed in Iowa, how much is unlikely to be put back. Thanks in advance to those who know.
Any other discussion groups I should check. Just retired in Jan. and got a computer, so I'm still learning the ropes (and trying not to get hung) of the internet.
