You will be amazed on what gets rebuilt quickly in the LA/Orane/SB area after the "big one" hits. F the eir process, bulldozers will be cutting new routes while ground is still shaking. UP and BNSF will be helping each other without sitting on their asses waiting for the government to come and help them like so many go when disaster strikes.
