"100's of billions" would pay for a lot of added trains and improvements

The billions if not trillions wasted over dozens of years on those that didn't follow the rules and came here ahead of those who went or are going thru the process
That's a lot of money part of which could pay for a lot of heavy and lite rail up-grades (2-3-4 MT's and sidings) added service, more service.
A simple solution let those who want the Illegals and their families here pay out of their own pocket(s) along with all their related costs and take the burden away from Government aka taxpayers so capitol can be spent on real needs.
Bring back 35/36 vs paying welfare, education, medication or incarceration for a large illegal family (i'll vote for 35/36)
