Oakland like every big city is full of corrupt officials that make promises they wont keep and waste tax funds
They lied to Al Davis getting him to return the Raiders from Los Angeles and then did nothing to the great Oakland toilet bowl as promised
Soon the city will be bankrupt

(side note wish his son would move to Levi Stadium with the 49'ers then I can take Amtrak and/or Cal-Train to the games)
