I'm amused that the fencing is *only* over the light-rail ROW and not the 10-ish adjacent lanes of I-5. I certainly have no objection to trying to protect the Sound Transit tracks and equipment or trying to keep taggers from falling and electrocuting themselves on the catenary, but not fencing off the freeway implies it's a lesser sin to heave a rock, a paper copy of an environmental impact study, or one's disaffected self onto a car or in front of a semi.

(I will refrain from amending my thought on taggers to what I *really* think about them vis a vis some electroshock therapy.)
