I agree with you.

There is fencing over the lanes, just not the same as over ST tracks.

I called ST today to find out why they are leaving a train parked on that track instead of taking back to the maintenance facility.

I was told: They have run through the tunnel and doing testing to Tukwila; but I asked why leave it parked there at nite? "We have security on duty 24/7" you just don't see them.
