They are about 50% finished with the two track grade separation in Burbank, CA - they are building support (side) walls first, then filling in with dirt. Bridges are almost complete but concurrent Caltrans work on the 5 fwy is making it all go slow. The Railroads (UP/Metrolink) would've been done if it was just them building - one of the deadliest crossovers at Buena Vista st. will soon be no more (track is nest to San Fernando road, turning on to Buena Vista is an immediate crossing over track(s) and with the poor drivers nowadays, lots of wrecks), going to hate those retaining walls - but a long time coming. What a mess!
