It is, but what level of work and difficulty is
required by the owner?

IOW, how far do they have to tear this thing down
and put it back the way the owner requires?

Is it just a paint job or a complete tear down and
total rebuild from rail to roof?

I assume you would have bid much lower without
knowing any of the requirements.
