How are ticket sales going on this? If going good, I'll buy.....but I dont want to buy, and then have it cancelled.....what is the refund process and how long would it take for my credit card to be refunded? Hopefully that wont happen, as I'd like to go.

Also, since no stops on the SB and RIV lines, is the train going to maintain top speed throughout?

(or, are we given "low" priority over other trains?)
