where's the view of the other side? Are you auditioning for a job as a 'journalist'
There are a gazillion places where sidewalks are closed, particularly at intersections, account traffic control for right turns etc etc. The alternatives are frequently a long way around for pedestrians, but safer.
So yes, kill all the lawyers, then go back and do it again just to make sure, but the conspiracy theories about UP etc etc are just BS
