This Kirkham Street platform was shown in one issue of the Capital Corridor timetable. No trains were shown making the stop, just a notation that service would begin at a future date. Then it just quietly disappeared. The idea was that passenger could transfer to BART at West Oakland, but it was noted that when demonstration stops were made,a considerable SP Police presence was always there.
