Saw this article this morning: [www.reuters.com]

Interesting case that touches on the common practice of linking to photos by others online. Yes, it's only a European case, and appears to be limited to publishing otherwise unpublished (though how were they visible on the internet to start with?) photos for profit (i.e. very dependent on the facts of the case). Still, worth looking at and thinking about.
