While WAF is one of the more informed on the SP perishable operation, I spent a lot of time with the various perishable movements on the Santa Fe. The fine tunning of bringing all the parts and pieces together to get the train built and headed East was many nights a minor miracle, and something to behold. Too bad, for whatever reason this country seems to think the way to ship things such as perishables is by truck. Andy
