Sounds like they are proposing to use "evil" trains on the Eagle Mountain to possibly haul rock? Does anyone have any more info on that?

It also looks like these agencies would like to use this proposed operation to test these "evil" "ultra clean" engines. And ain't that just awful, must be part of that vast "evil" new fangled choo-choo technology conspiracy, right?

I'm actually way more interested in these "evil" cleaner choo-choo's they want to use for this proposed rock hauling operation.

So, for those of you who actually like trains, and follow the development of new locomotive technology, are there any photos anywhere of these "evil" clean engines? Is there other technical data and horsepower, tractive effort, weight on drivers, or dimensions, or any photos, drawings of this Knoxville engine?
