What happened to MRL 390 (the BN F-45)?

Back in May 2014 a group called Dynamic Rail Preservation was trying to raise money in a last minute push to purchase MRL 390 for preservation. This loco is the last BN F-45. They were not successful but they said a private party ended up buying it. I never heard any more about it.

Anyone know what happened to this loco?
