What's holding up for Healdsburg?

So what's holding up NWP Co. To get to Healdsburg. Haven't they stated they got a lumber shipper there?

Also, Lagunitas wants a spur but are the SMART people bringing up a bag of BS in order for this not to happen?


SMART should be more proactive with NWP Co. With allowing them earn more cash... Since this company opened the line to Windsor before SMART. So there's that. A little money from a TIGER grant won't hurt...

Maybe SMART should be merged onto JPB like Caltrain for more efficiency.
