so are the nwp and smart on the same
page?, does the nwp have a stash of
jointed?, or are they going to run a
cwr train for two sticks? keep reading about the expectations, but no one is spending money? has the
brewery even signed a contract with
the nwp, or is the spur simply going
to be a bargining chip, fot lower
truck rates? outside of the two
graineries, and possibly the brewery
what is the nwp's survival plan? most of the quarries up north are
either shut down, or reduced
operation, eithet by the state or the
epa, by the time the nwp gets to
healdsburg, there is not going to be
much traffic left, outside of willits turning into a gigantic reload?
