Make this an extension of the 400 service and pay BNSF to add a 3rd (or 4th) main Riverside to Colton X-Overs and UP to add a 3rd main from Loma Linda to Indio

Or an extension of the 300 trains to Redlands and figure out a path from Redlands to Beaumont
then pay UP to add a 3rd main from Beaumont to Indio
