Nice list of possible stations (is "Fanning" supposed to be Banning?) - but you missed one: Morongo Casino. Maybe the tribe could kick in a dime or two for it? And Banning is close enough to Beaumont that you probably would want to spread stations apart a bit - Beaumont and the Casino would about do it.

Too bad this wasn't in the works when the Colton flyover was built - a little longer and there would have been space for a connector from the local track to NB (EB) BNSF on the east side like there is on the west. Gonna cost a lot more now.
