Hop SMART will be able to coordinate its arrivals and departures at Larkspur with the ferries so trains can leave right after the boat docks and arrive right before departure of the boats so they can compete with private cars. Since SMART is mostly single track I don't know if it can have trains meet every ferry. People won't want to use train to ferry if they have long waits to transfer
