Thanks for your thoughtful response. Every time I attend an activity at Niles Canyon I enjoy it, including the bratwurst picnic for 9010's birthday.

My beef with GGRM is that they will be spending time, money and resources on a move to the salt air and NIMBY-infested climes of Santa Cruz and all this will be a distraction from their preservation. Why not spend the relocation budget on more capacity at Brightside? If GGRM asks for money to fund their relocation, I'll have to decline.
