According to a BNSF service advisory, flooding near Glasgow has been impacting northern corridor operations. Also noted was severe weather in western Washington and heavy rains in north Idaho and Montana have caused some soft track slow orders to be placed.

I have also noticed that a batch of green dispatchers have shown up lately that have slowed things down quite a bit. Recently in Spokane a green DS shut down the funnel for nearly an hour ahead of couple of Z-trains creating a huge mess. One UP train sat at Empire for 3 hours and ended up going dead on the BNSF main.
