It sounds like Cummins is either going to set up a shop at SMART's yard to fix the engines OR the engines are going to be swapped out on a rolling basis over weekends. Cummins might be sending SMART a set of new engines, or loaner engines, and this will allow SMART to pull the engines on trainset and replace them with the loaners and keep their fleet in operation while the engines are being worked on at Cummins.
