See thread about Toyota expanding in Baja. How much to they ship by rail now (suspect not much)? Since the only working rail link at the moment is light rail from SD to the Border, I wonder whether auto-racks would even work (for height)? So expanded Toyota might provide some traffic for SD&A if it were to get fixed up. Though given the curves and grades (not to mention tunnel clearances) I wonder if loaded auto racks would work there, too?
