This is about as I thought, and said in the previous post. The group who have the lease are going to sell it off to the to the Baja group. The Baja group, so far, does appear to have at least some of the resources and proven capacity to operate and maintain the segments they are interested in.
So exactly where is this corruption on the part of MTS? And, what exactly is your proof of that? Or is that just the typical sourcing of some of these kind of statements? How would this "payoff" from the current operators exactly work, who would benefit, and why?
