Much as I'd like to believe BOB2's claim that the CAHSR project is losing support, experience doesn't support it. Seems CAHSRA can make stuff up as they go along while continuing to milk the cow, and nobody in power cares. Heck, they flipped Newsom. I don't see any positive outcome at all.
