Olympia station question

Is railfanning permitted at the Olympia station? Can you park in the parking lot and watch trains while you eat lunch, or will they run you off? How much do they charge to park? Any better spots near there that you can park and watch trains on your lunch hour? I have a contractor job for a few weeks in Lacey and would like some relax time.
