Enough already. SMART isn't even running yet, so we have no idea how well the various traffic projections will work out. If it remains mainly a local Sonoma-Marin operation, Larkspur Terminal improvements will be a long time coming. If a lot of people start using SMART and the ferry for commute to SF, maybe something better will happen sooner to handle that demand. It does take money, with many zeros after the significant digits, and that doesn't just appear from nowhere. So I'm dropping this into another dreams file (good, but nothing a politician can run with short-term), and can rely on the rich NIMBYs of Marin to ensure that nothing much beyond the startup SMART happens in their territory within the life of those present now or to be born in at least the near future.
