Howard they found defects which did not meet FRA class one track, again not notifying the FRA was not a minor clerical error and the defects should not have been in the track in the 1st place it is not that hard to maintain track to FRA class I and yet IPH failed to do that they had defects which they needed to repair now the eyes of the FRA will be on them more often so they better keep the track up.
