And for the last time... Hops are frozen immediately after they are harvested. In no way, does Lagunitas, or any other American brewery receive hops by rail. Lagunitas would be none to happy with someone spreading the word about their perceived use of stale hops.
It should also be noted that 130 tons of hops would last Lagunitas the better part of a year or longer.
It's time to brush up on your brewing knowledge...
