Regarding the alleged Lagunitas spur, yes, it's been said several times on this forum that the plan is to extend the Adobe Lumber drill track to Lagunitas. I don't see how that's possible. There's not enough space between the existing main line and the business park for another track. Moreover, the used rail that was dumped by the main is actually slightly south of the brewery, behind the old wine distributor warehouse. There's plenty of room there for a spur; in fact, the warehouse building had one, and you can still see the railheads poking through the dirt in a few places.
