I've checked out the area between Adobe Lumber & Lagunitas as well and I agree there doesn't appear to be room. Additionally, the drainage channel would have to be accommodated. But apparently there is a way, as NWP has gone on record about the project and their permit applications do specify that its a spur extension.

The Dutra turnout was supposed to be installed several months back (even though the property itself has not broken ground yet). Anyone know if that happened?
