Sorry, Nelson Bennett isn't available for the Pacific Rim project. He is busy lowering the floor in BNSF's Stampede Pass tunnel! Since he built the tunnel in the first place, he was deemed "most qualified" for this job. Washington State is bringing Gov. Clarence Martin out of retirement to handle the State's part of the tunnel job. He was the Governor when the Tacoma Narrows bridge collapsed on Nov 7, 1941 and he wanted to make up for that engineering fiasco which happened during his term of office!
