The big problem is where SMART runs is either reclaimed swamp land or in a flood plain. Living there for many years that central San Rafael was prone to flooding and here is the worst of it, this was a spring shower compare to the storms of 86 and 97. The storm of 86 fill a new lake called Lake Sonoma in a week. The storm of 97 they evacuated the whole town of Marysville.

Now with this storm front starting to sputter out, it should be done by Thursday night. For this month at least we have dodge the bullet.
