Tentative agreement between the two has been reached. From Mason to Westwood right of ways will be shared on the east side of existing track. At Westwood two new sidings will be constructed for freight being transferred from BNSF to PRR and vice versus. One mile south of Westwood, PRR will bridge over to the west of the existing tracks and travel on the west side to Clear Creek Junction where it connects to track being purchased from Collins Pine Co.
