Yesterday's NB Starlight - what happened?

Just curious, but does anybody know why yesterday's NB Starlight lost 5 hours between David and Sacramento? It was running around 1 hour late anyway, but the only thing of any interest (absent some kind of wreck delaying things) is the Yolo Causeway, and the fact that it became full of water yesterday for the first time in about 10 years. Did that cause issues with the bridge?
