As far as I know the RRRB is synonymous with the US Treasury. In other words the US Government has borrowed the money and will back the RRRB until the day the USA goes bust. I'm pretty sure they don't invest the money in the market.

I'm not saying this to address the troll but to assure any railroaders looking forward to a RRR pension.
