That blue SW1500 is at White Hills at the old JM plant up on the hill. I stopped by there a few years ago and talked to the guard.

I explained who I was and that I was an engineer that used to switch the place years ago. I would catch the switcher off the SLO extra board. She gave me a pass and I walked up and took a few pics as the engine was pulling one of the warehouses.

Its my understanding its captive and doesn't go down the hill to town. That may have changed.
