I notice that you occasionally agree with me, on my critiques of our rail planning, and our political processes that make these decisions. But, if you are posting crap from these fools, you are a fool, and if you are foolish enough to acutally belief much of this line of crap these fools are peddling, we probably have very little in common. Pragmatism has taught me that concepts of believe, certainty, knowlege, and truth are found through enquiry, not through slavish dogmas. That is a notion which this source of "news" eschews and eviscerates, to promote their ugly and vicious brand of hatred in our democracy.

You're absolutely right, it's not about railroads, is it? And, you're also right that we do have a lot of defects in our system, which I've often rightly criticized. But, listening to these fools, well known for pushing a divisive line of political propoganda, devoid of facts, who push a neo Nazi racist agenda, who admire Hitler, and are supporting scumbag thugs and murderer's like Putin, makes you look like a fellow traveler, and a complete fool. You have said some things in the past that make sense and target some of the issues we are facing, and now you've decided to hit send, and forward garbage from these fools, that tends to diminish whatever credibilty you might have had in those critiques.

You're right, this doesn't have anything to do with trains. It is nothing but political horse crap bashing California. California, the larget producers and donor of tax revenues the US Treasury, and which gets back about 93 cents on the dollarm is hardly going down toilet....(although there are more than a few dubious politicians of both fringes here I'd sure like to flush.....). Unfortunately, based on this post you're head may be be stuck in one, if you are foolish enough to post, or worse, to actually believe, the crap spewed forth from a source like this.

I've spent a career dealing with transportation policy with many folks from a wide range of political stripes (even serving as actual staff to more Reps. than Dems. by my last count), through seeking to build consensus and good will, using facts and figures. I've spent a career partially dedicated to helping build an efficient and effective passenger rail system for CA. And, there are plenty of thing we need to do better to realize that dream, including speaking truth to power, when we see the kind of waste at a fiasco like the CHSRA. But, I'm afraid I am not really into gassing my fellow Californian's, in the name of a bunch of racist neo Nazi creeps, who admire a vicious thug, thief, and murderer like Putin, just to make the "trains run on time".
