See thread below. Not too much has changed though I think I heard the old SP north of Sacramento was flooding. Elko is supposed to be running trains east on one open track to Salt Lake.

UP line in NE Oregon seems steady but haven't noticed any obvious detours. As many routes are out, any remaining detour routes will be restricted by congestion, siding lengths and lack of qualified crews.
