"Rider Alert: Due to weather and flood related outages, as well as other unforeseen service disruptions in Northern California, all ACE service Monday 2/13 and Tuesday 2/14 have been annulled. Riders are encouraged to find alternatives modes of transportation. We apologize about the disruption and are working with UP to restore service as soon as possible."

Does anybody know why?
