The majority of the cement will be going out by rail, there will be truck traffic, but not like the local clowns claim...Again, the city of Vallejo is hurting and this will help, the unemployment in Vallejo is high and this will do some good. Remodeling the plant and bringing it up to operation will also employ a lot of people. AND not part time help....
