Now is a great time to blame the government for "shutting them down" and skate out of town because someone else won't let them play choo-choo. "We were committed to providing the people of Texas with a quality rail experience, but unfortunately, the Texas State Comptroller would not allow us to operate because we refuse to pay what we believe are unfair taxes and attempted to negotiate our payments down to a more reasonable level."
