given equal equipment and daylight schedules, it would be a hard decision. the cz beat out the city in both respects, though. the amtrak lounge over donner isnt quite a short dome or even one of sp's 3/4 domes, but is definately worth the trip--and you don't have to wait to pay special 'excursion' fares, either. i've traveled in a standard coach in the frc; first class upgrade to dome would be worth the money, if such a trip was even available. rh
